quality office chair is custom designed and manufactured per your
specifications. This means that returns cannot be accepted once your order has shipped
from the manufacturer, so
give us a call, or email us if you would like assistance selecting the options
for your office chair prior to placing your order, and if you are not
comfortable doing this yourself.
If the product is defective,
PSIofficefurniture.com and the manufacturer reserves the right to send replacement parts
and/or replace the product. Please choose your finishes, fabric colors, and
options carefully because we cannot accept returns due to option selections or
if you decide you don't like the color you chose, etc.
Please notify us within 24 hours
if your item was damaged during shipment. You must also notify your
carrier as soon as possible. The manufacturer will require a digital photo
of the damaged chair, and of the carton/box area of damage. For more
